It seems something has changed on the web server recently resulting in the applications and skins not being available for download. I am looking into it and will hopefully crack the problem in the next couple of days.
In case you have been wondering what has been happening behind the scenes, development of the new Sticky version in C++ is going well, but slow. As soon as it is ready, it will be available for download on the site.
